We are absolutely thrilled to announce that our first employee with visual impairment started at Route on Monday, December 5th. They are working remotely as a Load Coordinator, and will be communicating with dispatchers and truck drivers to ensure that shipments are picked up and delivered on time.

We also had our second employee with visual impairment join the team on Monday, December 12th!

This marks the first huge milestone in fulfilling our mission to provide more employment opportunities to individuals with vision loss. As we continue to grow in the logistics space and as a purpose-driven company, so will the opportunities for diversity in our workforce.
