Summer Time is here, and with it bring a few new things for this Route Update!

#1.  Earlier this year, we switched to Highway as our Carrier Onboarding and Compliance verification Platform.  We are very pleased with the transition and have onboarded over 2000 new carriers into our network.  The added features of Real Time ELD truck tracking, Up to the minute Credentials and insurance data, current SAFER data (Safety And Fitness Electronic Records) have all helped raise the confidence in who we partner with.  All of this has helped in the ever growing need to fight against Carrier Fraud in our industry. 

#2.  Fraud Prevention Measures.   We have instituted the process of advising our shippers of the actual Truck Credentials prior to pickup.  Notifying name of truck, driver name, truck and trailer #’s, even VIN#’s, are all part of our way to ensure the truck we send in is the exact truck that is loaded.  We know taking extra measures up front will help minimize the chances of Fraud.
