Great relationships start with great load descriptions. Our team will always provide complete and accurate load details in advance so that there are no surprises or holdups at the shipper or receiver. In 2024, carriers can rest assured that all of the details given when booking will match the rate con and the on-field.
2. Quick response times
We make it our goal every day to answer your calls, emails, and questions promptly.
Route is open from 7am – 9pm, Monday through Friday, and 9am – 1pm on Saturday. If you need to reach us outside of those hours, please email mysupport@rtlusa.com, and our team will get back to you as soon as they can.
3. Professionalism and communication throughout the load
Excellent communication throughout the shipping process is of utmost importance to us. This year, we want to continue to help our carriers have the easiest shipping experience possible. That starts from the moment they call in or email to book the load. When carriers call Route, they can expect to be treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
