What you like about working in logistics: I love the opportunity to be able to meet and connect with people and businesses that are looking for solutions to their freight needs.  I like to win, and when I don’t win freight, I want to know why and how I can better my process.  I also love the opportunity to be able to help each member of each team grow in their current position at Route Transportation and help them advance their careers in whichever path in the company they choose.  Internal and personal growth for each employee helps their team and the company as whole succeed.
