Cryssie started with Route in 2021 after being recruited by our account manager who noticed her exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Cryssie has an innate ability to read and address situations in a practical and logical manner. She can adapt, coordinate, solve problems, and answer questions in a seemingly effortless fashion. She takes initiative to find and create solutions, seeks answers to questions independently and is never reluctant to ask for assistance if needed. She is quick to employ critical thinking to resolve potential issues and promptly responds to any request for information. Cryssie interacts with customers, shippers, receivers, and colleagues alike in a polite, professional, and respectful manner.
In her new role as Customer Service Representative, Cryssie will be entering new orders, scheduling appointments, and confirming hours with shippers and receivers. She will communicate with customers and carriers, providing important details pertaining to active orders. Furthermore, she will assist with the negotiation of assessorial charges with customers and carriers, managing of the load board, and ensure that all orders have the appropriate information. Cryssie will also be assisting with the reconciliation of accounting issues and coordinating with the account manager regarding critical decisions that affect or could potentially affect the status of an order. She will play a pivotal role in assisting the Account Manager to perform the daily responsibilities required by our customers and carriers.
Cryssie resides in Poland, Ohio with her dog.
