Who is CABVI?
Cincinnati Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired, also known as CABVI, is a 100-year-old private, not-for-profit organization offering comprehensive services and job opportunities for people of all ages who are blind or visually impaired. CABVI is a dynamic organization that continues to grow and change to meet the needs of an increasing number of people who need its services. Does the acquisition change the corporate structure of Route?
Route Transportation & Logistics, Inc has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of CABVI and it will continue to operate as a for-profit company. The only thing that is changing is that the company is moving from an S-Corp to a C-Corp because of the transfer of ownership. Additionally, Route’s executive team and staff will not be changing.
