Route Transportation & Logistics is honored to announce the promotion of Anne Bridges to the position of Director of Account Development and Performance, effective August 1, 2024.
Anne began her tenure in 2013, a novice, unfamiliar with the industry. She caught on quickly and rose through the ranks to the role of Senior Account Manager. Over the 11 years she has been with us, she has proven to be a cornerstone employee, assisting in building and shaping the foundation in our early years.
Anne has demonstrated exceptional skills in managing and growing key accounts, and developing and nurturing solid relationships with our shippers. She has also mentored, guided and supported her team by providing the parameters within which to operate, while allowing them the freedom to create strategies that allow them to perform at their highest level as individuals. She has also contributed to the strategic direction and vision here at Route and has been instrumental in knowing our shipper’s freight needs and exceeding on delivering dependable service. Her time proven track record is one that we will continue to depend on in her new role and growth within the company.
As the Director of Account Development and Performance, Anne will be working alongside our Senior Account Managers, assisting and guiding them in the development of their accounts and achieving goals with an emphasis on the highest level of customer satisfaction and retention. In addition, she will continue working with our Carrier Representatives, acting as a liaison with account managers now as one collective group and helping to strategize, create, and implement procedures to be as effective and efficient as possible. Anne will also work closely with our senior management here at Route to align our account development strategy with our overall business objectives and values.
Anne resides in Sarasota, FL with her dog Beanie, Two Cats – Londyn & SeyBal, and Sulcata Tortoise, Raymond Leonard (Lenny for short).
